Telephone Service Down

Due to storms in the lower Michigan area on August 24, we have not had phone service. If you need to contact us, Email us at www.customerservice@lavinlift.com. We will either Email you or contact you by phone if you provide us with your number

Post Coronavirus Message

We hope this message finds you well, having gone through some historic times together. At this time we have sufficient product inventory to fill your needs. We try confirming and filling all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt Monday through Friday.  We are closed on the weekends.

Our products are shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail.  This is usually a 2-3 business day delivery cycle.  We use them because in addition to giving us a tracking number and estimated date of delivery they are the most economical way to provide these services. You will continue to receive an email confirmation when your order ships with the tracking information so you can see where it is and is scheduled to arrive.

Our customer service is also impacted in responding to your needs but we endeavor to email or call you as soon as possible within 24-48 hours.
